argument: Normativa/Regulations - Constitutional Law
According to an article from Open Access Library, the Republic of Congo is addressing AI's impact on national cybersecurity. The country has enacted several laws including the Personal Data Protection Law, Cybersecurity Law, and Cybercrime Law, aiming to enhance its cybersecurity framework. However, these laws lack provisions specifically for AI, leaving gaps in cybersecurity defenses against AI-driven threats. Immediate legislative action is needed to incorporate AI into these laws. Furthermore, Congo can use current laws with broad interpretation to enhance security and should seek international cooperation to establish AI norms for better protection.
