According to an article by the National Law Review, Singapore’s AI Verify Foundation and Infocomm Media Development Authority released the Model AI Governance Framework for Generative AI on May 30, 2024. This framework is designed to guide the development and deployment of generative AI with a focus on accountability, data quality, trusted development, incident reporting, testing and assurance, security, content provenance, and public good. It emphasizes the need for transparency, common standards, and responsible data usage.
