argument: Normativa/Regulations - AI in Judicial Activities

Based on an article from The World Law Group, Argentina is making significant strides in incorporating Artificial Intelligence (AI) into its judicial system. The Supreme Court of Justice in Buenos Aires Province has initiated the automation of provincial and municipal enforcement proceedings. This began with pilot tests in La Plata, San Nicolás, and San Isidro, aiming to improve digital case management, ensuring security and transparency. Furthermore, Family Court No. 3 in Resistencia, Chaco, has started using AI tools for issuing resolutions. This involves optimizing data entry processes and separating jurisdictional from non-jurisdictional documents, allowing court personnel to focus on more complex cases while AI handles routine drafting tasks. In addition, an Innovation Committee has been established to oversee the implementation of AI in customs services. This committee will coordinate actions among technical, operational, and computer areas, forming multidisciplinary groups to identify and incorporate AI-based improvements in customs operations. These initiatives are transforming Argentina's judicial processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy in legal proceedings.
