The guidelines call for ethical codes to build trust in AI, mitigating risks such as bias, discrimination, and privacy invasion.

The guidelines stress the importance of promoting the benefits of AI through research and innovation while minimizing risks to individual rights. Prof. Dr. Andy Hall of CSIRO (Australia) and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thi Que Anh of Vietnam National University-Hanoi emphasize the need for safe, ethical, and socially appropriate technologies.
