The Official Journal of the European Union published Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 of the European Parliament and of the Council on June 13, 2024 (like here: EUR-Lex ). This regulation lays down harmonised rules on artificial intelligence and amends several existing regulations and directives. The regulation aims to ensure the safe and ethical use of artificial intelligence (AI) across the EU by establishing a comprehensive legal framework.
